Dense Phase Conveying

Rospen Industries offers a range of low velocity, dense phase solids pumps for the smooth conveying of difficult materials.

Selecting the correct pneumatic conveying regime to meet the required operational parameters is absolutely vital. Almost all applications will benefit from a system with the heaviest line loading and lowest material velocity. These attributes also provide the greatest conveying gas economies and the lowest power consumption. The table below shows a comparison between the four basic configurations.
