The Rospen Twin Screw Volumetric Feeder is designed to deliver reliable, consistent feeding of difficult-to-handle bulk materials. Using two intermeshing self-cleaning screws, it provides uniform material flow while minimizing bridging and rat-holing, making it ideal for cohesive, lightweight, or poorly flowing products. A twin screw volumetric feeder meters material by conveying a fixed volume with two synchronized screws operating at a controlled speed. The intermeshing screw design promotes continuous material movement, providing a steady feed rate even with materials that are difficult to handle using conventional single screw feeders.
