Sack Unloading Stations

Rospen Sack Tip Stations are designed to control nuisance dust while remaining ergonomic for the operator. Dust containment can be provided by connection to an existing LEV system or an integrated extraction fan and filter system. Additional options include police sieving, easy-clean magnets, and waste sack disposal.

Custom-designed hopper geometry and capacity depending on the flowability and adhesiveness of the ingredient and the feed rate requirements to ensure production is not starved of material. For each application, the opening door is modified to account for the sack size, and the extraction system airflow rate is specified to control dust emissions during sack emptying.
