Rospen Joins the Conversation at Hillhead 2026

Hill Head

Rospen Industries joined businesses from across the quarrying, construction and recycling sectors at Hillhead 2026. Held at Hillhead Quarry near Buxton from 23–25 June, the exhibition provided an opportunity for people involved in plant and materials handling to meet and discuss the challenges they face.

For companies working with bulk materials, the right process equipment has to do more than perform well on paper. It must suit the characteristics of the material, the available space and the demands of the wider operation. Conversations at industry events are a valuable way to explore those requirements before deciding what a suitable solution might look like.

Rospen specialises in weighing, conveying and powder metering equipment. Its wider capabilities include metering screw feeders, loss-in-weight feeders, mechanical and pneumatic conveying systems, bulk bag discharge equipment, and milling and sifting machinery. The team can also draw on in-house design, manufacturing and testing facilities when developing equipment for a customer’s application.

Hillhead gave the Rospen team an opportunity to connect with people across the sector and discuss where better control of material movement, weighing or dosing could support their processes. Every application has its own considerations, so those early conversations are often the most useful starting point.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to speak with us during the event. If you are reviewing a bulk handling process or planning a new project, our team would be pleased to discuss your requirements.
